AUREVIA EXPERIENCE
Professional laundry is not one canister. It is a correctly configured system.
Textile type, soil level, water hardness, machine capacity and the required hygiene standard determine which components are needed and in what quantity. Laundry chemistry must therefore be considered together with the washer programme and dosing method.
This section presents individual components for professional laundry. In automatic dosing systems, the individual components are configured for the operation and delivered to the washer at the correct stage of the programme.
Controlled consumption
Accurate dosing limits both unnecessary overdosing and insufficient washing.
Safer handling
Staff do not have to measure concentrated products by hand for every cycle.
AUTOMATIC DOSING IN PRACTICE
What happens after the programme starts?
The dosing system is not another task for staff. It takes over the precise preparation and timing of the laundry components.
Programme selected
Staff load the laundry and choose the programme for the textile and soil level.
Machine sends a signal
The washer calls for the dosing recipe assigned to that programme.
Exact components
The system draws the required laundry components in their set quantities.
Dose at the right time
Each component enters the wash process in the correct phase.
Repeatable result
The result remains consistent without manual measuring by staff.
