1. Who handles your data
The data controller is AUREVIA Edition s.r.o., Company ID 29777216, Pod Klukem 671, 267 06 Hýskov, Czech Republic.

2. Enquiries and business communication
When you submit an enquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, email, telephone number, company and identification details, billing and delivery addresses, selected products, quantities, preferred delivery date and your message, depending on the form.
We use them to respond, prepare an offer and arrange a possible supply. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and performing a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For a company’s contact persons, the basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with that company (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Records needed for legal obligations are processed under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR; necessary protection of legal claims is based on legitimate interest.
Providing details is voluntary. Fields marked as required are needed to handle the particular enquiry; without them the form cannot be submitted. You can also contact us directly by email. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Enquiries and correspondence are retained for the time needed to handle the enquiry and related business communication. If a contract follows, retention also depends on its performance, mandatory record-keeping periods and, where necessary, the applicable limitation period or the conclusion of a dispute. These criteria concern business records, not the optional details saved in your browser.
Technical connection data is processed for our legitimate interest in secure, reliable website operation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), for the time needed to provide the service and handle security incidents; provider-specific details are available in the information linked below.
3. Providers involved in operating the website
Data may be accessed by authorised people at AUREVIA and service providers involved in hosting, website security, form delivery, email and, when relevant, accounting or delivery.
- The website runs on the OpenAI Sites hosting platform with Cloudflare infrastructure. Browsing requires processing technical request data, including the IP address. OpenAI · Cloudflare.
- Submitting an online enquiry sends the completed form through FormSubmit (Devro LABS) to pavel.jezek@aureviaedition.cz. FormSubmit receives the submitted form content and technical connection data. Its privacy information is available here: FormSubmit — privacy information.
- Business email is operated through WEDOS. Sending an email directly avoids the FormSubmit service.
International infrastructure providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare states that cookie data may by default be processed in the United States. Details of providers’ processing locations and transfer arrangements are described in their linked privacy information; you can ask us for information about processing your particular enquiry at info@aureviaedition.cz.
4. Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small pieces of information saved by the browser. This website also uses localStorage and sessionStorage for the functions listed below. It does not currently include Google Analytics or advertising tracking scripts.

Security and session functions support operation of the website. Remembering your enquiry details is optional and starts only after you choose it and submit the form. The legal basis for this optional processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). A customer code is remembered after you actively apply it to request your agreed prices; it is not used for advertising.
5. Your saved details stay available
Saved contact details, addresses, company IDs and customer codes have no automatic expiry. They remain in this browser until you remove them or the browser clears the website’s data.
- To remove contact, billing and delivery details, use “Remove saved details” in the product enquiry. Unchecking the remember option also removes the saved copy from this browser.
- To remove a customer code, use “Disconnect customer code” in the customer pricing panel.
- You can remove all local website data in your browser settings. This may also clear unfinished enquiries and sign you out. Saved details do not automatically move to another device or browser; private browsing may delete them when its window closes.
Removing a saved browser copy does not erase an enquiry already sent to us. For that, please contact us. Avoid saving details on shared or public devices.
6. Your rights
Under the conditions set by GDPR you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Consent for optional remembering can be withdrawn at any time by removing saved details or unchecking the option; this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
We do not use your enquiry data for automated decision-making or profiling. To exercise your rights, write to info@aureviaedition.cz.
